Homeless Point in Time Count
At least every other year, each of the state's local Continua of Care conduct a count of their sheltered and unsheltered homeless population. The data collected from these sources along with the data from Kennesaw State University's predictive model are used to create a report of homelessness in the State of Georgia. The report provides information on those sheltered in transitional housing, rapid rehousing or other sheltering programs, as well as those unsheltered in Hinesville/Liberty County.
