Public Information Forum: Proposed Zoning Amendment for Outdoor Sales Display

The Hinesville Mayor and City Council is proposing to amend the Code of Ordinances of the City of Hinesville: modifying Appendix A, Sections 513 and 514 pertaining to specific zoning districts regulations, adding Section 625 concerning outdoor sales displays. The proposed changes are intended to clarify the City's policy on outdoor sales displays in commercial zoning districts. The Mayor and City Council would like to receive input from business owners prior to considering the proposed changes for adoption. In an effort to fully explain the proposed changes, the Liberty Consolidated Planning Commission (LCPC) will conduct a public information forum in the City of Hinesville Council Chambers at Hinesville City Hall on Feb. 13, 2018 at 5 p.m. For any additional information, call 912.408.2030.
