The City of Hinesville Community Development Department is accepting submissions for the following services on an ongoing basis.
General Contractor: Projects may include renovation, rehabilitation, new construction, or clearance and demolition activities.
Rehabilitation Advisor: Complete home inspections in accordance with local, state, and federal standards then provide a comprehensive listing and approach to repairing identified items.
A separate response must be submitted for each opportunity. Requirements may be obtained by following the links above or in person at the Community Development Department | 115 East MLK Jr. Drive Hinesville, GA 31313 | Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, except holidays.
Minority-owned and women-owned businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged businesses, HUD Section 3 businesses, and small businesses are encouraged to submit responses.
