The City of Hinesville is requesting statement of qualifications and fee proposals from qualified firms or individuals to grind, remove, and dispose of all collected storm debris as a result of Hurricane Irma. The project will include approximately 7,020 cubic yards of storm debris located at the Liberty County Solid Waste Recycling Center located at 611 JV Road, Hinesville, GA 31313. It is the responsibility of the firm to provide worker’s compensation, general liability, equipment, insurance, and ensure all work performed is in compliance with federal guidelines. The firm is liable for all employees and equipment.
Proposal requirements may be obtained in the Community Development Department Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, except holidays.
All proposals are due by 4:00 pm on Friday, January 5, 2018 to the Community Development Department at the Hinesville City Hall, 115 East Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Hinesville, GA 31313. Any mailed proposals should be sent certified and must be received prior to the date and time stated above.
