Community Development Department

The Community Development Department is responsible for seeking, securing, and managing funds from public and private grant sources to help facilitate the strategic goals of the City.

More than $5 million has been secured in the past five years for planning, homeless prevention, housing assistance, parks and grounds, downtown revitalization, stormwater management, and brownfields cleanup activities, as well as equipment for the Fire Department and Police Department.
